Summary
Tsukiko Yano is a transfer student at a highschool where she doesn’t find anyone or anything interesting. That is, until one evening when she sees her classmate Aya Utsumi swimming in the school swimming pool. After that, she can’t help but see fish swimming all around her.

WACK.
The premise and art were both pretty excellent, but the followthrough was not at all. It left me feeling kinda stale 🤷🏼♀️🤷🏼♀️🤷🏼♀️

I don’t recommend this manga. If you like it, more power to you. I know plenty have liked it so I may hurt some feelings, but I just don’t think it’s really worth your time.
Small review for those interested:
The art is amazing, but every other aspect is very poor. The plot is relatively non-existent, and the entire manga feels meaningless, but seems to put on the airs that there’s a deep emotional meaning beneath, but it’s just a vague elongated display of youthful melancholy. This wouldn’t be that bad, but the characters have no arc, they remain the exact same from beginning to end, their relationship remains the same from beginning to end. There is somewhat of a conflict established via the alternating character’s viewpoints and the clear display of their flaws, but the conflict goes completely unresolved, almost entirely untouched even. It seems like it wants to be a slice of life, but has none of the charm of other slice of life titles. If you want to read a well illustrated manga with no plot, no meaning, and infuriatingly little character development, this is for you. Otherwise, check out something else, because I can almost guarantee this will leave you with a bad taste in your mouth. I think this would have been much better as a one-shot or short series, but 3(?) volumes was excessive to accomplish so little.

its fun how overly odd they all are… lol
I might hurt some feelings but sometimes they just look like adults wearing uniform. Dont particulary like the characters art style tbh, tho the story is interesting and odd at times.
