About the translation quality:
The version posted here is using machine translation, so there’s going to be a lot of minor mistakes (and rarely some larger ones). If you want better quality, there is an official English translation available on Bilibili. However, it is about 40 chapters behind (and also not free unless you wait even longer), so that’s the tradeoff. I personally am reading both, since I love the story enough that I know I’m going to read it multiple times anyway.
About the censorship:
Yeah, this sucks but there isn’t really anything we can do about it (change the world?). Censorship of same-sex kissing is common in countries where the practice is discouraged or criminalized. This story is from China, and while nobody there ordered the author to censor this, the author feels obligated to do it to be safe (since the consequences of not doing it and then getting noticed by somebody in power are so severe). I don’t blame the author; I blame their society.
On a positive note, I truly love this story, and the recent developments are great. Bai Lijin counter-bullying the bigots is glorious. I could read an entire manga of just that.

I only really have 2 complaints, otherwise I really like it. First, some of the translation is not very good. I get the gist of it, but because so many tonal words in Chinese are similar to each other, it doesn’t translate as well. For example, I think they mean to say the heart is hurt, but it translated as the heart is bored. Second, the censoring is too extreme. Who the hell censors kissing?? Some of the censorship is so big it essentially blocks out the entire image. That’s just not enjoyable to readers. I’m glad in the 120 chapters they re-uploaded some of the raws with little censorship, but it’s still way too much.
